Description
Maintain Smooth Connecting Rod Function. Maintain the function of your connecting rods that help direct power from your pistons to your crankshaft by installing these connecting rod bearings. These Jeep Wrangler standard rod bearings are made for thousands of revolutions and are built to work with the crankshaft and connecting rods to create smooth motion. They are just one of the replacement parts you’ll need when rebuilding the crankshaft of your vehicle.
Smooth Turning Rod Bearings. These carefully designed bearings are built to turn smoothly and to allow the connecting rods to bring force to the crankshaft while maintaining the important rotation.
Steel and Ceramic Construction. These bearings are formed from hard steel, and they have a smooth ceramic finish as well to help metal move more easily. They are designed to eliminate as much friction as possible during their use.
Difficult Installation. Like most other engine rebuild items, these bearings are difficult to install and will take several hours to put on if they are the only component going on. If you’re already hiring a mechanic to rebuild sections of your engine, you may be able to have these bearings installed for less.
12-Month Warranty. The bearings have a 12-month warranty connected to them for reliable performance. They are covered against common failures and built to last and to perform without defects.
Application. These bearings are crafted for use on 2003-2006 Jeep Wrangler TJ vehicles with a 2.4L engine.
