      Description

      Total Upgrade Kit. Provide your Wrangler with a complete pillar speaker upgrade with these Pillar-Pods with Kicker 4-Inch Speakers. The Jeep’s front speaker setup, namely the dash speakers and tweeters, leave a lot to be desired in terms of soundstage and speaker quality. These components replace your dashboard located speakers with a complete pillar-pod and speaker setup. The result is more realistic sound quality with an improved soundstage that transforms your music into a more immersive experience.

      Superior Kicker Speakers. This kit utilizes a pair of 4-inch Kicker coaxial speakers featuring a 4-inch polypropylene woofer and a 0.5-inch PEI tweeter. This setup will reproduce sound more faithfully compared to stock and are also unaffected by moisture and changes in temperature. These factors work to give you more consistent sound quality. Moreover, these speakers feature an RMS power rating of 25 watts and a peak power rating of 50 watts with an impedance of 4 ohms. This allows you to play your music loud without the risk of distortion. These speakers also do not require much power to be driven properly, but can also handle higher power levels. What this means is that you do not have to get rid of them if you ever decide on upgrading to a more powerful setup.

      Robust Build Quality. The pillar pod enclosures are crafted from high-grade ABS plastic for durability and resistance to warpage. Additionally, these pods are injection-molded to precise measurements, offering superior consistency and a great fit. Meanwhile, a poly-fill material is used to pack the enclosure and provides excellent vibration-damping, further enhancing sound quality. Lastly, these pillar pods are available in black to complement your interiors.

      Efficient Install Procedure. These pillar-pods mount into the same location as your dashboard tweeters, near the windshield pillars. The installation will require you to drill into the plastic pillar trim panels to secure these to this position. What’s more, this kit is equipped with a pair of pigtails for efficient connection of the Kicker speakers to the factory speaker harness.

      Application. The Pillar-Pods with Kicker 4-Inch Speakers fit all 2007 to 2014 Jeep Wrangler JK models without the Alpine or Infinity sound systems.
