Convenience. Roof racks help us store and secure cargo that can’t fit into our vehicle. If you don’t have or want crossbars, there is another solution. With the Jeep Wrangler Mount Kits, you’ll be able to install roof racks without crossbars. Keep in mind the kits should be used only with the factory hardtop.
Heavy-Duty Construction. Although small, mount kits need to be exceptionally tough because they must withstand the weight of a load. The manufacturer used high-grade steel to make the Jeep Wrangler Mount Kits stable and reliable. Besides the excellent built, the kits have an aesthetic function. With a black powder coat finish, the brackets will complement the vehicle’s ruggedness.
Installation. To install the Jeep Wrangler Mount Kits, you’ll need to make holes in your hardtop. This means setting up the brackets will require drilling. Fortunately, the installation guide included with the kit is very comprehensive and detailed. Plus, you’ll also receive the necessary hardware. It may take a while, but you’ll be able to complete the installation process if you follow the instructions carefully.
Warranty. The manufacturer offers a 3-year limited warranty on the Jeep Wrangler Mount Kits. If you need further information regarding the warranty policy, please refer to the manufacturer’s website.
Application. The Jeep Wrangler Mount Kits are specifically designed for the 2007-2018 Jeep Wrangler JK. The brackets are compatible with the 400, 500, and 600 SRM Roof Racks.
Installation Difficulty. Setting up the brackets takes around 2-3 hours. Since the installation requires drilling, you’ll need advanced mechanical skills to complete it on your own. If you’re not confident enough to do it, we recommend hiring a professional.
