Hey, guys. So, today we're checking out the In-Channel Ventvisor Window Deflectors for the Front and Rear in Dark Smoke, fitting all 2018 and newer JL Wranglers. So, window deflectors are a great mod for anybody who's looking for some extra protection to the elements while they have their windows cracked. Now, these are gonna do a really good job at providing a little bit of that protection from any snow, dirt, extra wind, rain, from getting inside the cab area while you have a little bit of airflow at the same time. These are gonna be made of acrylic construction and they are going to have a nice dark smoked tint to them. So, not only are they going to be very thin, lightweight, but also durable, they are gonna look very sporty and also provide a little bit of that tint there, which will help with any sun or light coming into that crack as well. Now, these are gonna be attached by 3M tape, they are going to be heavy-duty automotive grade 3M tape strips. So, these will stay in place for the lifetime of the deflectors and they're also going to be incredibly easy to install. Now, what I do really like about these is the fact that they are going to be an in-channel design. So, they are going to look very sleek, they're not going to sit on the outside where the paint is on the body, so you don't have to worry about getting any adhesive on the paint. And again, they are going to sport a nice design and gonna be great for anybody who's looking for more of a sporty look or likes that window deflector aesthetic. With all that being said, these are going to come in at roughly $100. And I think that that's set at a pretty good price for what you're getting out of the full kit. Now, you're gonna get a full kit of window deflectors for again, the front and the rear. Some other options available on the page may only come with the front or the rear, or they may have a different style to them. So, again, instead of being an in-channel design, they may be a little bit less expensive and stick to the outside of the body there or they're going to have a completely different design instead of the dark tint or the dark smoke that you see here or the acrylic construction. They're gonna be made of an ABS plastic or have a riveted design or a matte black design as where this keeps it pretty simple and straightforward. Now, again, I think if you're looking for a little bit of extra protection from the elements while getting a lot of airflow, you're looking for something that's simple and stylish at the same time, then these are gonna be a great choice. Now, when it comes to install, I'm gonna give these a very easy one out of three wrenches on the difficulty meter, no tools are required, you're gonna get everything that you need in the kit in order to install them, taking you about 30 minutes to get the job done. So, speaking of the install, let's jump into that now. So, the first step of this install is just to prep the area where we are going to be installing our window deflector. So, we are gonna be provided with some alcohol prep pads. So what we have to do is clean the channel on both the front and the back of both sides, and then we'll be able to install our deflectors. So, starting from this corner here, we're just gonna make sure that this area is clean on the inside of our channel and same thing for the back. So, what we're gonna do now is grab our window deflector. Now, these are going to be side-specific, and then we can just peel back the 3M tape covering. Now, for the top one that's going to span the entire channel, what we're gonna do is just peel back a couple inches. And then once it's set, we're gonna peel the rest off.All right. So, now we're gonna head over to the window channel and what I'm gonna do is tuck it on one side, making sure that our little tail is out so we can peel it off in a second. Then we're gonna have to bend this, kind of bow it and tuck it in on the other side. So, as you can see, this is gonna have a pretty tight fit on the inside of that channel here. Then we're just going to peel off this cover and we're gonna pull it forward. Make sure that that 3M sticks. You can even kind of stick your finger on the inside of the channel behind the window deflector. Just make sure that it's sticking to the front. And once it is stuck on there, we can head to the back. So, the same thing for the back. We're just going to pull that backing up and create a little tail here, then we're going to tuck it in our windshield channel. Now, this is gonna be the same process. So we're going to insert one side which is gonna be the straight side next to our small window here, and then we can bow it to fit in the rest, pull the rest of our backing off, and then pull it forward to make sure it sticks. Now, after that is installed we're gonna repeat that process for the other side. So, that is going to wrap it up for my review and install.
