      Advanced Sound And Heat Control. The ATAC Advanced Thermal Acoustic Coating; 1 Gallon is designed to enhance automotive interior comfort by providing a combined sound deadening and heat reflective barrier. This coating is applied directly to unfinished interior surfaces to reduce noise, vibration, and temperature intrusion, creating a cooler, quieter cabin environment. Its ease of application via brush, roller, or spray makes it an efficient solution for automotive enthusiasts seeking enhanced ride quality.

      Construction and Appearance. This coating incorporates hi-tech ceramic micro-sphere technology suspended in a water-based, non-toxic formulation. The product is designed for easy cleanup and applies as a uniform, textured coating that dries to form an insulating layer. It is optimized to reflect heat up to 375°F while dampening sound and vibration within the vehicle's interior surfaces.

      Installation. The coating is installed by applying it directly to properly prepared interior automotive surfaces, typically steel and aluminum. Surface preparation includes cleaning, drying, removing contaminants, and priming where necessary. Application can be done by brush, roller, or spray, maintaining a wet coat thickness of 12–16 mils. A second coat is optional. Allow 24 hours at 70°F for the coating to cure completely before covering or exposing to heat. No drilling or complex preparation is required beyond these steps.

      Application. Suitable for interior automotive surfaces only, specifically steel and aluminum substrates after proper surface preparation. Not intended for exterior use, plastics, engine bays, exhaust areas, or submerged zones.
