      Description

      Vehicle Rear Safety Enhancement. The Infotainment Factory OEM ParkSense Rear Park Assist enhances rear obstacle detection by continuously monitoring the area behind the vehicle. It provides timely audible and visual alerts to the driver, facilitating safer and easier parking maneuvers by detecting objects outside the driver’s line of sight.

      Construction and Appearance. The kit includes factory-grade sensors, a security gateway bypass module, and the OBD Genie C-XAA programmer for seamless integration. All components are designed to work with existing factory hardware, maintaining a stock appearance and enabling control through the vehicle’s factory radio display.

      Installation. Installation difficulty is moderate (3 out of 5) and suitable for experienced DIYers. The process is fully plug-and-play without drilling, but requires following specific pre-installation procedures using the OBD Genie programmer in accessory mode before finalizing setup to avoid diagnostic trouble codes.

      Application. This rear park assist kit is designed specifically for 2018-2026 Jeep Wrangler JL models equipped with a factory radio display, ensuring compatibility with vehicle electronics. A replacement rear bumper with four sensor holes is required but not included.
