      Description

      Superior Shock Setup for Extreme Off-Roading. Taking your Tacoma onto more extreme off-road adventures requires a shock setup that can handle these conditions. For this purpose, you need the ICON Vehicle Dynamics S2 Secondary Shock Upgrade System; Stage 3. This system consists of a pair of Omega series remote reservoir front shocks and a specialized mounting system designed to augment your current front ICON coilover setup. The result is extreme damping off-road performance and maximum handling control. This setup isn’t beneficial for just off-roading though as this system delivers extremely stable handling performance on the highway. The result is superior control with a marked absence of body roll.

      Compression and Rebound Adjustable. The included shocks with this system also feature external knobs that allow you to adjust their compression and rebound separately. This allows you to fine-tune their damping performance according to the terrain as well as driving conditions. Moreover, these knobs can be adjusted completely by hand and offer a total of 28 settings, offering total control.

      Robust Build Quality. These secondary shocks feature one-piece shock bodies precision-machined from premium aircraft aluminum. This construction offers optimum durability and corrosion resistance as well as exceptional heat dissipative properties. Additionally, their piston rods are measure 0.875 inches in diameter and are machine-formed from induction-hardened chrome-plated steel, offering outstanding strength. These shocks are also equipped with premium polyurethane bushings designed to absorb vibrations, ensuring a smoother ride quality. Finally, these components come in a natural silver finish protected by a durable topcoat, giving them a classy look.

      No-Frills Install Procedure. The shocks included with this system are designed to install adjacent to your front coilovers using the included hardware. Some drilling and trimming to certain components adjacent to the front shocks may be needed for proper fitment. Other than this step, installation is a fairly no-frills procedure that’s completed using just standard hand tools.

      Backed by a Limited Lifetime and 1-Year Warranty. The ICON S2 secondary shock system is backed by a limited lifetime warranty covering manufacturing defects to the hard parts, and a limited 1-year warranty covering their shocks. Please visit the manufacturer’s website for more details.
