2023 Ford Bronco Build | STAGE 1 – PPF Wrap, Suspension, Wheels & 37" Tires!
Stealth PPF
We wanted The Gator to look as fierce as it performs. So, we protected the eye-catching color with a sleek PPF stealth wrap job. Not only does this give The Gator a unique satin finish, but it also ensures that the paint stays protected during those intense off-road adventures. Scratches are no match for the self-healing properties of the paint protection film ensuring The Gator always looks its best!
Lift Kit
Suspension is the backbone of any off-roader, and we knew we had to go all out with The Gator. We teamed up with the renowned experts at ICON Vehicle Dynamics to install their mind-blowing Stage 6 lift kit. This bad boy gives The Gator an imposing presence, raising it up by an impressive 3 to 4 inches. With a total of 11.5 inches of front travel and 14 inches in the rear, this suspension setup is designed to tackle any obstacle that dares to stand in its way.
Brakes
To complement The Gator's enhanced suspension, we turned to PowerStop for their top-of-the-line Z36 Truck & Tow brake kit. With the added weight of those massive 37" Mickey Thompson Baja Boss MT tires, we needed a brake system that could handle the challenge. The Z36 kit's carbon fiber-infused ceramic brake pads provide unmatched stopping power, while the cross-drilled and slotted rotors help keep the brakes clean and cool even in muddy conditions.
Fender Flares
To accommodate some meaty wheels and tires, we had to give The Gator some larger fender flares. We went with the Air Design wide flares, inspired by the mighty Bronco Raptor. These bad boys add an extra 2 inches of coverage, protecting your wheels and giving your Bronco that mean and rugged look. Plus, with their quick-release clips, you can easily pop them off on the go.
Wheels & Tires
Now, let's talk wheels and tires, because they truly complete the look of The Gator. We fitted The Gator with the stunning Black Rhino Aliso wheels in a captivating gloss bronze finish. These wheels not only add a touch of aggressive style, but they are also manufactured right here in the USA and backed by a three-year warranty. And to ensure maximum traction and durability, we equipped The Gator with the legendary 37x12.50 R17 Baja Boss MT tires from Mickey Thompson. These bad boys feature an intense mud-terrain tread pattern, perfect for tackling the toughest off-road challenges.
