HIGH-PERFORMANCE FUEL DELIVERY. The Fuelab H/E Series SAE Plate Mount Brushless Screw Pump, rated for 850 HP and 400 LPH, is engineered to provide reliable, high-flow fuel delivery for engines up to 850 horsepower. It operates efficiently at high pressure, making it ideal for high-demand automotive applications where stable fuel supply and flow are critical for optimal performance. This fuel pump supports various fuels including gasoline, diesel, methanol, and ethanol.
CONSTRUCTION AND APPEARANCE. The pump features a billet aluminum body anodized per MIL-A-8625 Type II for a durable, corrosion-resistant finish. It is compact and lightweight, weighing less than 2.5 pounds with an 8-inch overall length and 2-inch diameter. The use of fluorosilicone static seals ensures long life and multi-fuel compatibility, while the wet motor design with neodymium rare earth magnets enhances efficiency and durability.
INSTALLATION. Installation is straightforward with the SAE 10-bolt flange mount pattern allowing easy integration into fuel cells or fabricated reservoirs. No drilling of the pump housing is required. Some adaptation to the mounting surface may be necessary depending on the application.
