Description
Performance Calibration Upgrade. The Ford Performance Calibration with ProCal 4 Delivery Tool increases engine output up to 355 horsepower and 433 lb-ft of torque, improving throttle response for a more responsive driving experience. It supports specific modifications such as tire size and axle ratio changes with appropriate adjustments, though reverting to stock with non-production tires or gearing may cause error codes and system warnings.
Construction and Appearance. This calibration is delivered as digital software via the included ProCal 4 tool, a compact electronic device manufactured in the United States, designed for reliable vehicle recalibration and diagnostics.
Installation. Installation involves using the ProCal 4 tool to deliver the software calibration; no mechanical drilling or hardware modification is required. Basic technical knowledge or professional installation by a certified technician or authorized Ford dealer is recommended to ensure proper application and maintain warranty coverage.
Warranty. This calibration carries a three-year or 36,000-mile warranty from the new vehicle in-service date when installed by an authorized Ford dealer or a technician certified by ASE or Red Seal standards.
Application. Designed specifically for 2021-2026 2.7L EcoBoost Bronco models with the following emissions approvals: 2021-2024 models are 50-state approved; 2025 models are 50-state approved under C.A.R.B. EO# D-431-18; and 2026 models are approved for non-California vehicles only. Premium fuel is required for proper operation.
