Product Overview. The Flowmaster Super 44 Series Center/Offset Oval Muffler with 3-inch inlet and outlet delivers an aggressive, deep exhaust tone designed for street use with enhanced performance. Utilizing race-proven Delta Flow technology, it improves exhaust sound and flow, providing a rich and powerful exhaust note ideal for muscle cars, street rods, and trucks. This muffler is engineered to maximize sound quality and performance while maintaining emissions legality.

Construction and Appearance. Made from 16 gauge aluminized steel, the muffler features full MIG welding to ensure superior durability and longevity. It is finished with high-temperature paint for excellent heat and corrosion resistance, maintaining a sleek black appearance. The oval shape and chambered design include a recent two-chamber improvement to enhance interior resonance and produce a more aggressive sound.

Installation. Designed for slip-fit inlet and outlet connections with clamp-on or weld-on options, this muffler requires new hangers which are not included. Some adaptation or minor modifications may be necessary for a proper fit, but extensive drilling is generally not required.
