Description
Performance Muffler. The Flowmaster 40 Series Delta Flow Center/Offset Oval Muffler; 2-Inch Inlet/2-Inch Outlet is designed to provide an aggressive sound suitable for street and strip applications. It enhances exhaust flow using Delta Flow technology to boost scavenging and improve engine performance, while also reducing interior resonance for a milder tone inside the vehicle.
_x000D__x000D_Construction and Appearance. Crafted from 16 gauge aluminized steel, this muffler is fully MIG welded for exceptional durability. It features a black high-temperature painted finish to resist corrosion and maintain a sleek appearance under the vehicle. The oval shape and chambered design optimize both sound control and exhaust flow.
_x000D__x000D_Installation. Installation is straightforward with slip-fit clamp-on and weld-on inlet connections; however, new hangers are required as they are not included. Some adaptation may be necessary due to its universal fitment design.
