Durable Off-Road Protection. The Exceed Fabrication SD1 Tube Doors provide a rugged alternative to factory doors for improved ventilation and visibility during off-road driving. Designed to maintain essential door functions while enhancing openness, these tube doors are ideal for adventurous Jeep owners looking to enhance their vehicle’s capability and appearance. They offer protection from debris without compromising the off-road experience.
Construction and Appearance. Constructed from 2-inch diameter steel pipe with meticulous welding and finished with a matte black ecoating suitable for custom painting, the tube doors feature a PU wrapped armrest for added comfort and two-stage rotary latches with built-in bump stops to reduce vibration. Optional logos are available with front doors, limited to one logo per pair, and the overall design is patented and shipped from a California warehouse.
Installation. Installation is straightforward with no drilling required, supported by clear instructions. The included hardware allows for easy adjustment of door latches and bump stops to ensure secure and proper fitment.
Warranty. Comes with a limited lifetime structural warranty, two years of coating and PU warranty against manufacturing defects, and three years warranty on the latch mechanism.
Application. Specifically designed to fit Jeep Wrangler JL models from 2018 to 2026 without modifications or exclusions.
