Heavy-Duty Axle Protection. The EVO Manufacturing ProTek Dana 30 Front Axle Armor is engineered to significantly strengthen the front axle of the Jeep Wrangler JK/JKU. This product enhances axle durability by preventing bending and deflection during off-road use, helping to reduce costly axle replacements. It provides comprehensive armor to protect critical axle components under extreme conditions.
Construction and Appearance. Fabricated from 3/16” laser cut steel and CNC press brake formed into one-piece sections to minimize heat buildup and weld distortion. An integrated steel backbone combined with a differential bridge creates a robust, one-piece truss system maximizing axle reinforcement. The armor includes front control arm skids for full axle coverage and is finished to endure harsh off-road environments and abuse.
Installation. Installation requires mechanical skill consistent with moderate vehicle modification and typically takes 6 to 10 hours to complete. The design avoids welding to the differential casting, simplifying the process and improving accuracy.
Warranty. This product includes a limited lifetime warranty against defects in material and workmanship.
Application. This front axle armor fits 2007-2018 Jeep Wrangler JK models excluding Rubicon, ensuring a tailored fit for this generation’s axle and control arm configuration.
