      Features

      • The Factory JK/JKU Rubicon Swaybar Disconnect is a great feature but prone to failure, shorting out, and generally being annoying.
      • Allows you to bypass the troublesome computer system that operates this feature on Rubicon model JK/JL/JT.
      • Operates like the original No Limits Manual Disconnect (EVO-1087), but does not require leaving the driver seat.
      • Push a button to disconnect the swaybar at any time, in any gear, and with any amount of articulation.
      • No need to bounce the vehicle, pull pins, fight to reinstall, remove swaybar links, or risk punctured tires.
      • Press the button again to fully reconnect the swaybar and return to highway driving.
      • Requires onboard air (not supplied) for operation.
      • Recommended use of an AEV ProCal module or similar programmer to turn off the dashboard swaybar function light.
      • When disconnected, never exceed 20 mph; disconnect for off-road use only.
      • Installation time is 1-2 hours.
      • Recommended ARB part numbers include solenoid, airline, push-in fitting, and compressor (sold separately).
      • Fits Rubicon JK/JKU, JL, and JT models.

      Description

      On-Demand Swaybar Control. The EVO Manufacturing No Limits On-Demand Sway Bar Disconnect lets Jeep Wrangler Rubicon owners easily disconnect and reconnect their sway bar by pushing a button from the driver’s seat. This system eliminates the need for manual intervention, enabling improved articulation for off-road driving while maintaining on-road stability and convenience.

      Installation. Installation typically takes 1-2 hours and may require moderate mechanical skills. Professional installation is recommended to ensure proper integration with the vehicle’s onboard air system. The system requires onboard air, which is not included.

      Warranty. This product is covered by a limited lifetime warranty against defects in material and workmanship.

      Application. Designed to fit Rubicon JK/JKU, JL, and JT models. When the swaybar is disconnected, do not exceed speeds of 20 mph. It is recommended to use an AEV ProCal module or a similar programmer to disable the dashboard swaybar warning light.
