Rack and Pinion Bushings; Red (05-13 Tacoma)

That Toyota Deserves Polyurethane. Why not go with polyurethane over rubber? Sure, it's a little stiffer, but there's a lot to gain in the swap. That stiffer nature translates to improvements in responsiveness, which is ideal for steering components. It's also exceptionally resilient to the elements and stresses it's going to encounter under your Toyota Tacoma. That's exactly why any serious builder goes with polyurethane by default. Besides, tougher bushings ensure that the parts they’re attached to won’t take as much abuse as they might with softer alternatives.

Grease means a Lifetime of Performance. Oh no. If you go with polyurethane instead of rubber, you'll have to grease things up from time to time. Deal breaker, right? Not exactly. The beauty about serviceable parts is that you can ensure your investment will stick around for the long haul if you just apply a little bit of elbow grease from time to time. Well, that and some actual lithium grease that these bushings need. Either way, the fruits of your labor are worth that little bit of effort.
