They’re much less prone to crack, distort, and ripple, and will therefore last a lot longer than the factory ones. Aluminum body mounts are way too harsh for road use, and when they break they often take other components out with them. These polyurethane bushings retain some flexibility as well, absorbing vibrations and impacts, and in doing so offering OEM-levels of comfort.
