Featuring a free-flowing intake tube, effective heat shield, and high performance air filter, this cold air intake is designed to supply your engine with large amounts of cold air. The result is more complete fuel combustion, enhanced throttle response, and increased torque and horsepower.
ECU Re-Tune Needed. Installing the Edge Jammer Cold Air Intake into your Jeep will need a re-tune to your ECU. This is to ensure your MAF is properly calibrated to the consequential higher volume of air entering your engine. Additionally, a re-tune will effectively maximize the potential of this cold air intake’s capabilities with your Jeep.
High-Performance Air Filter. The Edge Jammer Cold Air Intake utilizes a high-performance air filter. This high-performance air filter is designed to provide superior filtration without compromising airflow. This air filter is of a dry design, making it low maintenance. When needed, maintenance is quite easy; simply tap the filter to remove the excess dirt, and then use compressed air.
Tough Construction with a Functional Design. The Edge Jammer Cold Air Intake features a heat shield constructed from high-grade aluminum, and air intake tubes made from high-impact plastic. The air intake tubes are engineered to maximize air flow by eliminating turbulence areas within the tube. The heat shield is designed to protect the air filter from engine compartment heat, while effectively funneling in cold air into your engine. Finally, the heat shield is finished in a black powder coating for increased corrosion protection.
Effortless, No-Mod Install Procedure. The Edge Jammer Cold Air Intake is designed as a direct bolt-on assembly using the factory air system location. This cold air intake will fit into your vehicle without needing modifications. All the necessary installation hardware is included, for an effortless install procedure.
