      Dual-Purpose Protection. The DV8 Offroad Xtract Hitch Skid Plate in Red serves as both a protective barrier for your hitch and a secure recovery point. It mounts directly onto any standard 2” hitch receiver, shielding your vehicle’s hitch from damage during off-road use while providing a reliable anchor for recovery operations.

      Construction and Appearance. Made from high-quality 6061-T6 billet aluminum in a single-piece design, this skid plate delivers exceptional strength and durability. The vibrant red finish enhances corrosion resistance and custom style, while the replaceable Delrin skid pad reduces friction when encountering rocks and rough terrain.

      Installation. Installation requires no drilling and is simple—mount it to a 2” hitch receiver using a standard ?” pin. This ensures quick and easy setup for a robust trail accessory.

      Warranty. Backed by a 1-year limited warranty covering defects in workmanship and materials.

      Application. Designed to fit universal 2” hitch receivers with a ?” pin, however, it is incompatible with 2.5” hitches and hitches with underside gussets that obstruct fitment, such as the 2016-2023 Tacoma OEM hitch. Some adaptation may be necessary for proper installation.
