      Rear Recovery and Protection Combo. The DV8 Offroad Xtract Hitch Skid Plate offers serious off-roaders a dual-purpose solution—rear-end protection and a heavy-duty recovery point. Designed to fit any standard 2-inch hitch receiver, it minimizes friction on departure angles while shielding your hitch from trail abuse and rock contact.

      Construction and Appearance. This skid plate is precision-machined from a solid block of 6061-T6 billet aluminum for maximum durability without excessive weight. It includes a replaceable Delrin skid pad to absorb impact and drag, and is upgradeable to an aluminum skid plate pad for even more toughness. A one-inch thick mount supports a ¾-inch D-ring, and the black anodized finish provides corrosion resistance and stealthy aesthetics.

      Installation. Installation is easy—just slide the unit into your 2-inch hitch receiver and secure it with a standard 5/8-inch hitch pin. No drilling or modifications required, making it a fast and functional upgrade.
