Description
Exceptional Off-Road Front-End Protection. The DV8 Offroad Tube Front Bumper is crafted to enhance the rugged capability of the 2022-2026 Bronco Raptor by offering a balance between desert prerunner styling and robust off-road protection. Engineered to provide superior ground clearance and includes a full skid plate that replaces the factory unit, this bumper protects the vehicle’s front end during high-speed desert runs and technical rock crawling while maintaining an aggressive aesthetic appeal.
Construction and Appearance. Constructed from varying thicknesses of heavy-duty steel plate and tubing—ranging from 2mm to 5mm—the bumper is finished with a durable micro-texture black powder coat complemented by gray accent skid plates and an orange "R" front accent panel. CNC-machined logo end caps add refined detail, and the design incorporates welded zip tie tabs for neat wiring management of additional off-road lighting.
Installation. Installation is a straightforward, completely bolt-on process requiring no cutting or modification, with an estimated install time of approximately four hours. It maintains factory sensor functionality and requires a separate adaptive cruise control relocation bracket for compatibility.
Application. Specifically designed to fit only the 2022-2026 Ford Bronco Raptor, this bumper replaces the factory skid plate and fog lights, retaining factory parking sensor operation and adaptive cruise control with the appropriate relocation bracket.
