How to Install Delta Headlight LED Conversion Kit - H13 on your Wrangler

Installation Instructions:
• Step 1 Prop hood, remove plastic body rivets from top edge of grill using screwdriver or pry tool.

• Step 2 Disconnect tabs on bottom edge of grill by pulling sharply. Tip grill forward to access headlights. You can stop here, or for easier access, unplug turn signals and remove grill completly.

• Step 3 Remove four T15 screws from each of the headlight trim rings. Pull out headlights to access stock bulbs and harnesses.

• Step 4 Slide red locking tab rearward on bulb connector. Remove plug from rear of bulb.
• Step 5 Twist and pull stock bulbs out of reflectors, replace with Delta LED units. Note the locking tabs on bulb and LED units are not all the same size and will only allow one orientation in the reflector.

• Step 6 Mount the Delta LED Driver in a position that will maintain enough space for the larger LED units behing the reflectors.

• Step 7 Push the harness connection into the stock bulb connector. The connectors in this '09 would not snap together without trimming a small amount of plastic from the catch on the Delta harness. Rengage red locking tab.

• Step 8 Connect the LED power and fan connectors from the Delta driver to the LED unit.

• Step 9 Reinstall reflectors with trim rings using the stock T15 screws.

• Step 10 Reinstall grill by pushing in on trim tabs along bottom edge and reusing plastic rivits on top.

• Enjoy more light.
