    Description

    Improves Exhaust Performance. The DEI Titanium Exhaust Wrap is designed to improve the Jeep’s performance. It does this by first reducing the radiant heat, keeping the air inside the engine bay cooler for the intake. Additionally, it keeps the exhaust gasses within the exhaust system at a higher temperature decreases their density and increases exhaust flow. Furthermore, keeping the engine bay cooler reduces the heat absorbed through the firewall and into the cab.

    Pulverized Lava Rock. The Titanium Exhaust Wrap is manufactured by incorporating pulverized lava rock into the fiber material using a proprietary weave. This gives the Exhaust Wrap tremendous thermal properties that are hard to match. Another notable feature is the Exhaust Wrap’s extreme pliability, which allows for a tight and secure wrap.

    Easy-to-Install. Installing the Titanium Exhaust Wrap is a lot easier if the headers are removed. Additionally, pre-wetting the Exhaust Wrap is not required as it’s quite flexible. Steel locking ties would be required to complete the installation.

    Application. The DEI Titanium Exhaust Wrap will fit 1987 to 2025 Jeep Wrangler YJ, TJ, JK and JL models.
