So it is a must that you have this DEI Black Pipe Wrap installed to your exhaust system. Made from durable and high-quality materials, this one roll of wrap is designed to contain the extreme heat coming out of the exhaust so it can’t cause damage to any plastic bodyworks or electrical harnesses. You can use it to wrap exhaust and tail pipes, header tubes, and even downpipes.
Highly-Durable Materials. To be able to provide proper protection against extreme heat, the product has to be made from highly-durable materials that can withstand high levels of ambient temperature. Hence, DEI’s Black Pipe Wrap is made from high-tech woven fabric and finished with an HT Silicon coating. This wrap can withstand direct heat of up to 1200°F as well as radiant heat of up to 2000°F. The locking ties that are included in the kit are made from heavy-duty stainless steel with superior protection against rust and corrosion.
Fast Installation. Getting your Jeep’s exhaust pipes covered with this Pipe Wrap should be quick and hassle-free. This wrap can be trimmed, wrapped, and secured to any pipe diameter or shape. It’s secured with 4 8-inch self-locking ties that come with the kit.
DEI’s Limited Lifetime Warranty Policy. You get a limited lifetime warranty for this Black Pipe Wrap. DEI will extend coverage to the original purchaser for as long as they’re using the product. The warranty offers coverage against defects in materials and workmanship. DEI is willing to replace parts or repair the product if found to be defective.
