Description
The Ultimate Upgrade for your Jeep. A set of replacement leaf spring shackles is the easiest and most affordable way of giving your Jeep a mild increase in ride height. This Daystar kit offers a 1.5-Inch front lift, correcting your Jeep’s nose-down factory rake and giving you more ground clearance. As an added bonus, you’ll also be able to clear slightly bigger tires and wheels at the front without scrubbing the fenders or having to trim them. This kit also works great if you’ve added a bull bar or a winch to the front of the Jeep and are now looking to raise the front back up to where it previously stood at.
Quality Construction. The shackles are built from heavy duty 3/8-Inch steel plate, giving them incredibly rigidity and structural integrity. They were designed to be a direct OEM-replacement, using the same mounting points as the stock shackles while giving you better performance and comfort. They’ve also got a zinc plated finish to ensure they never rust or corrode. Last but not least, it’s worth mentioning that they have been TIG welded to ensure there are no weak spots for the shackles to break.
Installation. This kit requires no welding or cutting and it comes with installation instructions included. Although the installation itself is not difficult and only requires simple hand tools, it’s a job best left to a professional unless you’re mechanically-inclined.

Application. This Daystar 1.5-Inch Front Leaf Spring Shackle Kit is engineered to fit 1976-1986 Jeep CJ5 and CJ7 models. The kit does NOT include bushings and is non-greasable.
