Designed for excellence, these radiators are wind tunnel tested to ensure optimal cooling performance, a critical aspect of vehicle efficiency.

      Robust Construction for Longevity and Reliability. The construction of CSF Radiators features OEM-specified Plastic Tank-Aluminum Core, using virgin-grade engineered plastic resins that are glass-filled for added strength and durability. The gaskets, made from special grade "EPDM" rubber, can withstand extreme temperatures of up to -120 degrees Fahrenheit. The radiators include either welded type or the latest generation "B-Tube" design tubes and high-performance multi-louvered fins. Each unit is 100% leak-tested at 150% of operating pressure, ensuring reliability. The industry-best packaging withstands a "10-foot drop test," reflecting the durability of the product.

      Installation. The installation of a CSF Radiator typically does not require bolting and drilling.

      Application. The CSF Radiator fits all 2005-2015 Tacoma models.
