A faulty or damaged thermostat housing will interfere with how your thermostat works, which could, in turn, compromise your Wrangler’s cooling system. This engine thermostat housing is designed to factory specifications and features an all-all-aluminum construction, ensuring you get a perfect fit and exceptional performance out of your thermostat.

      Heavy-Duty Build Quality. This engine thermostat housing is manufactured from high-quality aluminum for superior durability and corrosion resistance. The aluminum is then precision cast and machined to OE specifications, offering a tight fit when installed. Lastly, this thermostat housing is available in a natural finish to match the style of the factory original.

      Direct Installation. This engine thermostat housing is designed to install directly into your engine without the need for extra drilling or other modifications. The installation will however require you to bleed your cooling system of its coolant so you will need a bottle or two of coolant. Also, installation of this housing is completed using just standard hand tools.

      Application. This Engine Coolant Thermostat Housing fits all 1991-2006 2.4L & 4.0L Jeep Wrangler models.
