Description
Precision Engineering. The front Omix-ADA dana 30 ring gear and pinion kit are designed and engineered to adhere to international industry standards. The edges and curves are cut to precision using laser precision. Complete with machine allowances, this pinion gear kit allows for expansions due to heat and high-pressure. Your Jeep SUV is safe when accessorized with this pinion gear.
Aggressive Steel Construction. The steel grade used to design this gear and pinion kit is tough and resilient. The Triple Alloy Steel is specially designed to handle intense gear operations such as rotational forces. It is also designed to work at an optimum level in conditions of pressure and heat common to SUV truck gearbox and transmission hardware. The 8620 Steel grade is manufactured using the finishing and lapping process; this reduces the noise gears make and ensures a smooth and noise-free operation of the gear.
Versatile Use. A combination of road, racetrack and off-road options is available for this gear and pinion set. It shouldn’t be important whether you live in the suburbs or the wild. You can be sure that your Jeep Wrangler will be able to handle itself with grace and power in all of these environments.
Professional Setup. Since the installation is difficult and long, a mechanical expert is recommended for a professional setup. The setup will take approximately five hours to complete. An installation guide is also provided in case anything goes wrong.
