Heavy-Duty Overland Protection. The C4 Fabrication Overland Series Front Bumper with 30-Inch Light Bar Cutout and Full-Height Bull Bar is engineered for serious off-road performance and protection. Built to maximize approach angle and tire clearance, this front bumper is ideal for overlanding, trail use, and rugged terrain. The integrated 30-inch light bar cutout and full-height bull bar with gusseted tube bracing deliver both functionality and aggressive styling for your Tacoma.

Construction and Appearance. Built from 3/16-inch laser cut P&O steel, this bumper is designed to withstand off-road abuse while maintaining structural integrity. It features 1/4-inch thick mounting plates and 3/4-inch fully welded D-ring recovery tabs for dependable recovery options. The bull bar is formed from .120 wall 1 3/4-inch diameter HREW tubing and includes tube gussets for added strength. The bumper ships raw (uncoated) unless the powder coat option is selected and must be coated before installation to prevent corrosion.

Installation. Installation is rated hard and requires mechanical expertise, as the bumper is heavy (140 to 145 pounds depending on configuration) and must be precisely mounted using included frame support brackets. Cutting, alignment, and additional tools may be necessary for proper fitment and light bar integration.
