Description
Effective Trailer Sway Control. The Replacement 1-1/4-Inch Sway Control Ball provides a secure mounting point for sway control units between a vehicle and trailer. It helps reduce lateral trailer movement, enhancing stability and driver control during towing for safer road handling.
Construction and Appearance. Crafted from high-strength steel, this sway control ball ensures durability and strength under towing conditions. It features a corrosion-resistant chrome-plated finish for long-lasting protection against rust and environmental wear.
Installation. Installation is straightforward; the ball mounts onto a compatible sway tab ball mount or weld-on sway tab. Typically, no drilling is required if the mounting platform is at least 3/8-inch thick and the hole size does not exceed 1/16-inch larger than the threaded shank diameter.
Warranty. This product is covered by a limited lifetime warranty, including one year of coverage on the finish and parts.
