Description
Premium Carbon Fiber Hood. The TR-Style Carbon Fiber Hood is designed for enhanced performance and visual appeal. It replaces the original hood on your Tacoma, reducing weight while maintaining strength, which improves overall vehicle agility and style. This hood is a lightweight upgrade ideal for both street and race use.
Construction and Appearance. Made from high-grade 3K 2X2 twill weave carbon fiber fabric, this hood offers a consistent weave and high carbon-to-resin ratio for exceptional stiffness and durability. The underside features a fiberglass skeleton bonded for added support, finished with matte black enamel. The exterior has a glossy finish for a show-ready surface that requires no painting.
Installation. Professional installation is recommended to ensure proper fitment and performance. The hood mounts using OEM hardware, and drilling is not required. If painting is desired, normal pre-paint preparation such as sanding and applying primer is advised.
Application. Specifically designed to fit 2005 through 2011 Toyota Tacoma models, including Base, PreRunner, and X-Runner trims.
