      Description

      Restores Leaf Spring Support. The BDS Frame Shackle Bushing and Sleeve Kit provides the components needed to revitalize the connection between the rear shackles and frame mounts. Over time, factory bushings wear down, leading to unwanted noise, clunking, and reduced handling. This kit brings back firmness and alignment to your suspension.

      Built for Durability and Quiet Ride. Featuring polyurethane bushings and corrosion-resistant inner sleeves, this kit is tailored for harsh environments and heavy-duty suspension use. It delivers a balance between performance and comfort while extending the life of both the leaf springs and shackles.

      Installation. Requires removal of existing bushings and sleeves; press or hand tools may be used.

      Application. The BDS Frame Shackle Bushing and Sleeve Kit fits 1976–1986 Jeep CJ7 models with BDS shackles installed.
