      Description

      Performance Upgrade. The BDS Tubular Front Upper Control Arms for 1 to 4-Inch Lift enhance suspension travel and alignment by replacing the stock upper control arms. They are essential for maintaining proper caster and camber on lifted Broncos, ensuring improved handling and durability on and off-road.

      Construction and Appearance. Constructed from high-strength 1.5-inch diameter steel tubing with a .120 wall thickness, these control arms are built to withstand rigorous use. They feature an indexed ball joint cup for correct ball joint positioning and integrate FK uniball bearings in the outer mount for strength and maximum travel. The bushings are vulcanized rubber, providing smooth, quiet, and maintenance-free performance.

      Installation. Installation is moderately challenging and estimated to take 2 to 3 hours. No drilling is required, but the correct ball joint separation tool must be used to avoid damage.

      Application. Specifically designed to fit 2021-2026 Ford Broncos, excluding Bronco Sport models and those with height sensors attached to the upper control arms. Not compatible with OE Black Body struts unless used with at least a 5/8-inch spacer.
