Construction and Appearance. Crafted from heavy-duty materials, this kit features plates made of 0.25" thick steel combined with a DOM tube having a 0.25" wall thickness. These components are built to withstand rigorous wear and tear, providing superior strength and durability without sacrificing structural integrity.
Installation. The kit is supplied as loose parts that require welding for assembly and installation. The nut for the bump stop cup is not included and should be welded on top of the bottom plate before assembly. Basic welding skills are necessary.
Application. Specifically designed to fit the 09-15 Tacoma Double Cab, offering a straightforward upgrade to the front bump stop system without modifications to vehicle suspension geometry.
