STEP 1 // Slide on the supplied rubber sleeves so that the hole lines up with the bolt hole and the extra material covers the slip joint. Slide halves together and secure using the supplied alien bolt, washer, and alien key. 

STEP 2 // Cover the basket joint with supplied plastic caps. **l\lote: The orientation of the indents on the cap to the tubing. 

STEP 3 / / Install the supplied plastic c-clips that will secure the wind deflector as seen above. 

STEP 4 // Install the wind deflector using the supplied alien bolts. **Note: The rubber washer goes better the c-clip and the wind deflector. 

STEP 5 // Place the metal bracket on the top side of the basket, then clip the plastic side on from the bottom.

STEP 6 // Install the rubber portion of the tube mount as seen above.

STEP 7 / / Center the basket on the rails.

STEP 8 // Using the supplied alien bolts, thread them through the upper brackets into the lower tube mount as seen above.
