How to Install Barricade Rear Fenders on your 1997-2006 Jeep Wrangler TJ

Installation Time

45 minutes

Tools Required
  • Socket Wrench
  • 10 mm or 13/32 Socket
  • 5/32 Allen Wrench/Hex Key
  • 24 Washers
  • Flathead Screwdriver
  • 12 Nuts
  • 12 Screws

Installation Instructions:

1. With old fenders off already, start by taking out the black inner fender well in order to put in the screws later on. Look for the plastic/rubber inserts and pop them out with a flathead screwdriver.

2. Unbox your Barricade Rear Fenders. The side of the fender with more holes faces the back of the Jeep.

3. Put 1 washer on each of the 6 screws for the first side.

4. Line up the fender and place the 6 screws and washers through the fender and side panel of Jeep.

5. Next, put 1 washer and 1 nut on each of the 6 screws and hand tighten. Use the Allen Wrench/Hex Key to finish tightening.

6. Put in the inner fender well and inserts. The inserts just pop back in

7. Now you’re complete and set up with your Barricade Rear Tube Fenders!
