How to Install a Barricade Locking Fuel Door on your 2007-2017 Jeep Wrangler JK

Step 1:
Remove the factory fuel cap from the vehicle, this will allow for some extra room during installation. Position the locking fuel door over the plastic trim ring as shown. Once centered, use the supplied self-tapping screws to make four marks for drilling the mounting holes.
Step 2:
Remove the door from the vehicle and drill the four marked spots with a 7/64 bit as shown.
Step 3:
Use the four supplied self-tapping screws to secure the locking fuel door to the factory plastic trim ring.
Step 4:
Once the new fuel door is secured, re-install the fuel cap removed in Step 1. This completes the installation of your new Barricade Locking Fuel Door.
