Installing the Barricade Grille Cover

Step 1:Using a small flat head screw driver, remove the 2 plastic tabs from the top of the factory grill by prying the tabs upwards. There is one on each side above the head lights.

Step 2: Pull out the two tabs from step 2. Save these for later installation. The picture below shows the tabs removed.

Step 3:Completely clean the stock grill cover. Remove any dust, dirt, bugs, etc. Once clean, use the included alcohol wipes to clean the grill one last time before adhesion.

Step 4: Remove the red adhesive covering off of the tape on the back of the grille cover. This will leave the white tape exposed. The exposed tape is shown below.

Step 5:GENTLY press the grille cover onto the grill. DO NOT completely seat the cover onto the grill at this point.

Step 6:As you can see in the picture below, the holes for the plastic tabs do not completely line up at this point. This is OK.

Step 7:Check the fitment around the weather rubber strip on the top of the grill. In the picture below the weather strip is the correct size, as the cover fits cleanly next to the weather strip.

Step 8: If needed, trim the weather strip using a knife. In the picture below on the left, the pas- senger side strip below is too long and needs trimmed to fit the cover as shown on the right.

Step 9: Once complete, firmly press the grill cover onto the grill.

Step 10: Reinstall the plastic push tabs removed in step 2. First push the tab into the hole as shown in the picture below on the left. Then press the center portion down firmly until seated as shown below on the right.

Step 11: Enjoy your grill cover!!!
