Begin by removing the T-50 Torx nuts on the bottom of the factory door hinges. **Note: These will not be reused.

Roll down the windows so that the door is easier to handle while removing it from the vehicle. Access the door's electrical connector by tracing it under the dash. Unlock the red locking mechanism and then unplug the connector. Slide the hinge strap off the chassis mount. Lift the door up to remove it from the vehicle.

Install the Adventure Door, you may need to use a rubber mallet to seat the door all the way onto the hinge. Use the supplied M8 nut and washer to secure the door to the hinge.

Loosely install the door latch using the M8x1.25 bolts, flat washers, and lock washers.

Align the door latch with the striker as seen above. **Note: Spending extra time aligning the latch to the striker will result in a smooth feel when opening and closing the Adventure Door.

Remove the Phillips screws securing the Adventure door strap mount, install the door strap to the Adventure Door and then to the chassis mount. **Note: Using the correct size philips head screw driver will prevent stripping of the screw head.

Install the mirror mount on the Adventure Door using the M10x1.5 bolt, lock washer, and flat washer.

Remove the factory mirror from the stock mirror mount by removing the T-50 Torx screw. Reinstall the factory mirror on the Adventure Door mount using the supplied M8x1.25 Allen bolt, lock washer, and flat washer.
