Description
Tailgate Reinforcement. Designed to redistribute the weight of your Bronco's spare tire across the entire tailgate, Barricade's HD Tire Carrier with Spare Tire Mount will eliminate unwanted metal fatigue caused by over sized spares. The Bronco's sheet metal tailgate may not be the strongest in the world, but with this big, beefy Tire Carrier installed you won't have to worry about any undo stress or strain. Barricade's HD Tire Carrier will not affect the daily operation of your Bronco's tailgate.
Heavy-Duty Construction. Barricade manufactures its HD Tire Carrier and Mount from hot rolled carbon steel plate for superior strength and extra rigidity. Barricade then completes the entire Carrier in a two stage finish using epoxy pre-coating and high-grade, textured black powder coating for long lasting durability.
Bolt-on Installation. Barricade designed their HD Tire Carrier to be a straight forward upgrade for all Bronco models. This Barricade Tire Carrier reuses the original factory mounting points and does not require any additional cutting, drilling, or fabrication for installation. Please note that you will need to remove the tailgate from the vehicle during the installation process.
