How to Install Barricade Aluminum Front Inner Fenders - Textured Black on your Wrangler

Locate the mounting locations on the fender well.

Remove the factory 10mm bolt and loosely install the supplied "L" bracket. Then slide on the supplied clip nut.

Loosely install the inner fender liner using the supplied Allen bolts. Using a marker, mark the hole locations on the rear most holes. These will need to be drilled. Remove the fender liners. Tighten the factory 10mm nut now that the bracket is in the correct location.

Drill a 1/8” pilot hole and then drill the holes to 3/8". Install the supplied clip nuts. **Note: It may be necessary to trim the inner fender lip in order to slide the clip nut on.

Install fender liners using the supplied bolts, lock washers, and large washers.
