Description

Construction and Appearance. Crafted from mandrel-bent 409 stainless steel tubing, the header features a robust 1/2 inch thick precision-ported and machined flange. The construction includes flanges welded on both sides and milled flat for durability, and it is finished with a seamless high-velocity collector incorporating patented Power Pickle® technology for exceptional exhaust pulse management.
Installation. Installation is straightforward with all necessary hardware included. It easily bolts to the stock exhaust, and most users find the process manageable within a few hours using standard tools.
Application. This header is engineered specifically for the 1991 to 1999 Jeep Wrangler YJ and TJ models equipped with the 4.0L inline 6-cylinder engine, ensuring direct fitment and compatibility without modification.
