Description
Heavy-Duty Ball Joint Kit. The Apex Chassis Ball Joint Kit replaces the factory ball joints in Jeep Wrangler JL and Gladiator JT vehicles, enhancing steering precision and suspension reliability. It is engineered to withstand harsh driving conditions, reducing steering wobble and extending suspension life.
Construction and Appearance. This kit features SAE 1045 solid steel forged housings and SAE 4140 hot forged chromoly ball studs with induction heat treatment for maximum strength and durability. Components are CNC machined for precise fitment and finished with durable e-coating for corrosion resistance. The boots are made from high-quality CR rubber with internal seals to protect against contaminants and environmental damage.
Installation. Installation requires moderate mechanical skill and does not involve drilling. The kit comes pre-greased with pre-threaded zerk fittings, simplifying both installation and ongoing maintenance.
Warranty. This product includes a lifetime warranty covering manufacturer defects, premature wear, or breakage for the life of the vehicle, subject to registration and proof of purchase.
