Description
Heavy Duty Tie Rod Upgrade. The HD Tie Rod; Passenger Side is designed to replace the factory tie rod with a more robust and durable component, enhancing steering reliability under extreme conditions. It plays a critical role in maintaining steering precision and vehicle control, especially in off-road or heavy-duty applications.
Construction and Appearance. Manufactured from SAE 1045 solid steel forged housing with CNC machining for precise fit, this tie rod features SAE 4140 hot forged chromoly ball studs with a polished and rolled thread design. The assembly is finished with a durable black E-coating and protected by flexible CR rubber accordion boots for added longevity and resistance to environmental contaminants.
Installation. Installation is straightforward and suitable for mechanics and experienced enthusiasts. It mounts using existing hardware points, and the pre-greased components simplify initial setup.
Warranty. Includes a lifetime warranty covering defects and premature wear under normal use.
Application. Specifically designed to fit 2021-2024 4WD Bronco models, excluding Bronco Sport.
