Description
Specs. This semi-floating Dana 60 rear axle shaft from Alloy USA is an unbelievably strong part made from 4340 Chromoly. This material is chosen because of its high tensile strength, heat-treatment, induction hardening, and tempering. The result is a part 40% stronger than a stock Wrangler 1040. The latest cold splining technology makes these splines strong than typical splines. The axle shaft is then CNC machined and magnaflux inspected for cracks. The final step is a slick, black anodized finish. There is no question that this is a strong, durable part - which is backed by a generous 10 year manufacturer's warranty. Note that this part does not come with bearings, seals, or studs.
Application. Fits 1976-2018 Jeep CJ7, Wrangler YJ, TJ and JK Models. Studs, bearings, and seals are not included.
