Description
Enhanced Performance. The AIRAID MXP Cold Air Intake System replaces the standard air filter and the entire air path to the Jeep Wrangler JK's engine to improve the air flow and thereby the horsepower of the engine. With a molded airbox that isolates the air filter from the engine heat and strategically placed air inlets that allow cool air into the box, it ensures better combustion, fuel efficiency, lower exhaust gas temperature, and engine output.
Superior Filtration. Each Airaid Cold Air Intake provides superior air filtration, since it includes a Premium Filter with SynthaFlow technology. SynthaFlow® is a cotton gauze and non-woven synthetic nano-fiber material that traps the smallest dirt particles that ordinary cotton-gauze "performance" filters just can't capture. Airaid Premium Filters, with SynthaFlow® can capture particulates down to 2 microns in size. This filter is re-usable, which means there is no need to buy a filter every time its dirty. Simply wash and re-oil the filter and you're back in business.
Unique Air Box Design. This Airaid MXP Series Cold Air Intake features a specially designed one-piece roto-molded intake box that draws cooler outside air from the factory cold air duct while the unique shape improves airflow around the entire filter.
CARB Certified. Best of all, this Airaid MXP Series Cold Air Intake is 50-state smog legal under Carb EO# D-609-19.
