Increased Performance. What can you expect from the Airaid Cold Air Dam Intake with SynthaMax filter? You get a system that requires no oil and uses a cool air dam. You get an included intake tube, and a simple, bolt-on installation that takes only 30 minutes. The best materials are used to make this product, and the latest production methods make it as effective and efficient as possible. The mandrel-formed, larger diameter tubing powder coating inside and out work to improve air flow, protect the part from harsh elements, and lend it a unique look.
Superior Filtration. Each Cold Air Dam Intake provides superior air filtration, since it includes an Airaid Premium Filter with SynthaMax® technology. SynthaMax® is a synthetic nano-fiber material that traps the smallest dirt particles that ordinary cotton-gauze "performance" filters just can't capture. Airaid Premium Filters, with SynthaMax® can capture particulates down to 2 microns in size. Best of all, the Premium Filter is washable and re-usable saving you money.
Additional Features. This filter is so similar looking to other SynthaFlow products that it's been stamped "SynthaMax, Do Not Oil" for easy identification. You'll appreciate how easy the filter is to use – just wash it, let it dry, and put it right back. It's made in the US and comes with a manufacturer's lifetime limited warranty.
CARB Certified. Best of all, the Airaid Cold Air Dam Intake is 50-state smog legal under Carb EO # D-609-18.
Application. This Airaid Cold Air Dam Intake with a SynthaMax Dry Filter is specifically designed to fit on 2007-2011 Wrangler JKs equipped with the 3.8L engine.
