      Description

      Rear Differential Protection. The AFE Pro Series Rear Differential Cover in black for Dana M220 substantially enhances the durability and reliability of your rear differential by providing extra protection against harsh off-road conditions. It replaces the factory cover to safeguard internal components from damage caused by rocks, debris, and rough terrain.

      Construction and Appearance. Made from heavy duty ¼” thick cast iron, this differential cover ensures superior strength and impact resistance. It features a smooth black powder coat finish that offers corrosion resistance while presenting a clean, rugged look. It includes a high fill plug and a calibration plug preset to the factory fluid level to aid maintenance and prevent overfilling.

      Installation. Installation is straightforward with no drilling required, as the cover is engineered to fit the Dana M220 axle precisely. Stainless steel mounting hardware is included to make replacing the factory cover secure and reliable.
