It features a large tube-and-fin style core that’s 50% larger than stock, enhancing coolant flow and optimizing heat dissipation. These result in more efficient overall cooling, no matter how intense the situation. In addition, AFE designed this radiator with a 25% higher coolant capacity to keep your Jeep at ideal operating temperatures for longer.
Heavy-Duty, Aircraft-Grade Aluminum Construction. This AFE BladeRunner series radiator is crafted from aircraft-grade 5052 aluminum. This way, you’ll get superior toughness and durability without bogging down your Jeep with all the extra weight. What’s more, all the connection points are 100% TIG-welded for enhanced strength. Meanwhile, the brushed surface finish adds style, boosts corrosion resistance, and even minimizes static.
Direct-Fit Installation. This radiator uses the factory mounting points, so you can install it directly in place of stock. While it’s not a difficult process, you will need some auto-mechanical knowledge to perform the installation yourself. Completion time is around a couple of hours.
