  • Flat head screwdriver

Installation Instructions

1. Before / After:​


2. Using 10 mm socket and socket wrench, remove two bolts securing the air duct and radiator tubing.


3. Using a flat head screwdriver, loosen the worm clamp screw between the air box and air duct.


4. Disengage the four pressure clamps securing the air box top.


5. Separate the air duct from the air box top.


6. Remove air box top to expose the existing air filter.


7. Lift existing air filter out of air box.


8. Insert AEM Dry Flow replacement filter.


9. Reinsert air box top into air duct.


10. Re-engage the four pressure clamps to secure the air box top.


11. Using a flat head screwdriver, tighten the worm clamp screw between the air box and air duct.


12. Using 10 mm socket and socket wrench, reattach the two bolts securing the air duct and radiator tubing.


13. Breathe deep and go Jeep!
